Where does your strength come from?

My journey didn't just start with me or because of me. It started because of my family.

My mom told me she didn't want to be a "fat grandma" and she wanted to continue working her own catering business past the age of 60.

I wanted my daughter to see and experience a healthier, happier, stronger me; even as I age.

It happened because I believe "Age is just a number” and You deserve a stronger, healthier you every day!

I have faced my share of health problems and my own share of self-doubt and sabotage, just like many of you.
